Good to know
Change any time. Pro changes from your next billing date; the other plans change straight away. Days you have already paid for on an extra listing are kept.
Enquiries keep their plan for 120 days. A deal on an enquiry that came in while you were on Success owes the Success fee even if you switched since — and an enquiry is never charged twice.
Listings nobody asks about pause themselves. After 60 days with no enquiries we pause a listing to keep search full of homes that are really available. One tap puts it back.
