What to bring to the officer
- A listing that is fake, misleading, already sold or let, or advertised by someone with no right to it.
- Your property, your photos or your listing text used by someone else on Doorzad.
- Content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory or discriminatory.
- A request about your own personal data under the DPDP Act 2023 — access, correction, erasure, withdrawing consent, or nominating someone to act for you.
- Anything else about how Doorzad has treated you.
How to complain
For a specific listing, the fastest route is the listing itself. Open it and use "Report this listing" — it goes straight to our moderation queue with the listing attached, and the lister is never told who reported it. You need to be signed in so we can come back to you.
Otherwise, email the Grievance Officer at support@growinture.com, or call +91 91130 32590 (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm IST).
Please include: the listing code or link if there is one, what is wrong in your own words, how you came across it, and a mobile number or email we can reply to. If you are complaining about your own data, tell us which account (the mobile number you use to sign in) so we can find it.
How long we take
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
- Resolution within 15 days of receipt, as required by Rule 3(2) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when.
- Reports filed from a listing page are looked at by moderation within 24 hours.
- A data-subject request under the DPDP Act 2023 is answered within 30 days.
Content we find to be unlawful is removed as soon as we have established that, and we act faster than these limits where the law requires it.
If you are not satisfied
Reply to the officer and say so — we will look at it again. For a complaint about your personal data, you may take it to the Data Protection Board of India after you have raised it with us. Nothing here takes away any other remedy you have in law; the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, as set out in the terms of use.
